Read left to right, top to bottom

"My name is Carolyn Fredericks. Collinwood in the year 1995, ruined, but not forgotten, as it has been found by Barnabas and Julia after their escape from Parallel Time. Here they have discovered that an evil spirit presides unchallenged over the great estate. An Evil Spirit inhabits the house, intent to drive away anyone who tries to come here. As Barnabas and Julia are almost the only ones in 25 years to try it, he's largely been one BORED Evil Spirit."

"(Bob Lloyd) This is your ghost..."

"(Bob Lloyd) This is your ghost in Julia's head. Any questions?"

(At the Old House, Barnabas suddenly smells a flowery aroma)
"(Barnabas) Hit the deck! Ghost Alert!" *
* Can you imagine what this guy would be like in a normal house?

(the one and only, honest-to-goodness Kate Jackson materializes in Barnabas' living room) *
* Proving the axiom that we watch TV not because it's like real life but because it's how we wish real life was.

(the candles blow out, plunging the room into darkness) *
"(Barnabas) Who are you? What do you want here?"
(Kate starts to fade away)
"(Barnabas) No, no! Don't go! I must speak with you!"
(Kate disappears completely)
"(Barnabas) Oh, what a gyp!"
* Except for Kate, who seems to be a light source, for some odd reason.

(Where Kate was standing, Barnabas finds a letter on the desk)
"(Barnabas) Incredible... Neither ran, nor snow, nor sleet, nor dark of night, nor even DEATH prevented her from completing her appointed rounds."

(Barnabas opens the letter and finds a note saying "She will die!")
"(Barnabas) Postage due?? D'oh!"

"(Barnabas) Julia! Julia, come here quickly!"
(Julia tumbles downstairs)
"(Julia) What is it? What's happened?"
"(Barnabas) Look at this note!"
"(Julia) Where did you get it?"
"(Barnabas) I smelled a flowery smell. Suddenly a strange lady appeared in the room and left it behind! And Julia, I think the woman was Kate Jackson! I wonder what she could have wanted?"
"(Julia) Well, probably to tell you that the upcoming Charlie's Angels movie is going to suck, and not to waste your money."

"(Julia) What does the note say?"
"(Barnabas) Well, have a look for yourself."
"(Julia, reading) She will die..."
"(Barnabas) I wonder who the note could be referring to? I hope it's not Carolyn."
"(Julia) Well, considering that I'm the only other live woman in the story right now, I hope it is."

"(Barnabas) Why should this woman be dressed in 19th century clothes?"
"(Julia) Maybe she lived in the 19th century. From what we've seen, ghosts never change their clothes."
"(Barnabas) But Kate Jackson!"
"(Julia) Well, I assume that Kate isn't playing herself. Whoever her character is must have lived in the 19th century."
"(Barnabas) It's odd. She and the Evil Spirit were dressed in 19th century clothes. But the two children were dressed in 20th century clothes. What could that mean?"
"(Julia) Well, David died in 1970, and presumably the blonde girl did too. No mystery there."
"(Barnabas) But if David is David, who's Tad?"
"(Julia) How do I know who Tad is? I'm only just starting to grasp the idea that in the last story Longworth and Yaeger were the same person!"

(Quentin comes downstairs)
"(Quentin) Sniff, sniff. Are those real lilacs, or ghost lilacs?"
"(Barnabas) Ghost lilacs, I think."
"(Quentin) Yeah, yeah! Those belong to Sabrina!"
"(Barnabas) Stuart?"
"(Quentin) No, Duncan."
"(Barnabas) Well, Kate Jackson was here, but I don't think she was playing Sabrina Duncan. Or Sabrina Stuart, either. Julia, do you know?"
"(Julia) Don't ask me, I forgot to watch the closing credits yesterday."

"(Quentin) Kate Jackson, that's the one! That's Daphne!"
"(Julia) Thank goodness we've learned something!"
"(Quentin) Which way did she go? Which way did she go? I've got to find her!"
"(Barnabas) Quentin, how did you know she was here at all? Did she appear to you?"
"(Quentin) No, but the scent of Lilacs! That's her calling card!"
"(Julia) How about it, Barnabas? That flowery smell you smelled. Was it lilacs?"
"(Barnabas) I have no idea, Julia!"
"(Julia) Why don't you know what flower you smelled?"
"(Barnabas) Well, because, I'm a GUY!"

"(Quentin) Sigh! Whenever she was near! Such fragrance."
"(Julia) Okay, then how do YOU know they were lilacs, Mr. Alpha Male?"
"(Quentin) Er, she told me! That's it! I'm just taking her word for it."
"(Julia) I see."
"(Barnabas) Quentin, who is Daphne?"
"(Quentin) Oh, yes! (Nudge, nudge) Who is Daphne indeed?"
(mimes an hourglass motion)
"(Barnabas) Yes, I know she's Kate Jackson, but who is she in the story??"

"(Quentin) Kate is Daphne. Didn't you know?"
"(Barnabas) Of course I didn't know! How would I?"
"(Quentin) And you call me crazi!"
"(Barnabas) But who was Daphne?"
"(Quentin) I saw her a few times! Carolyn might know. So cold. But oh so beautiful! Such sorrow in her eyes. She was My One True Love, you know!"
"(Julia) Oh? What was her number?"
"(Quentin) One True Love Number 12,468."
"(Barnabas) 12,468!?? You were only up to 10,802 when we went into Parallel Time!"
"(Quentin) Well, you were gone four months, you know!"

"(Quentin) Daphne, why won't you come back to me? Why are you so cruel?"
"(Julia) Come on, Quentin, you've got to rest up for all the things you'd want to do to her if she were alive."
"(Quentin) Oh no, I've got to find her! Will she be back?"
"(Barnabas) I forgot to ask!"
"(Quentin) I'd give anything to see her again! I'd give every remaining scrap of sanity I have, if she'd appear right now."
"(Julia) Yeah, well come on, Big Spender, let's get you to bed."

(At Collinwood, Gerard opens the front door to let Daphne in; * since neither one of them has a speaking part, it's a pretty dull scene)
* Again we're left asking why doesn't she just walk through the walls??

(Later, Barnabas and Julia enter)
"(Julia) Barnabas, I've read the family history for the 19th century a dozen times and I don't remember any mentions of a Daphne in it."
"(Barnabas) You never read anything about me becoming a vampire in it either. The Family History doesn't always tell the whole truth, Julia. For all we know, Daphne could be a Collins who retroactively never existed."
"(Julia) But if the book doesn't mention her, why do we need it?"
"(Barnabas) Because I know the family history's writing style well enough to know when they're covering something up, and can usually tell what it means."
"(Julia) What do you mean?"
"(Barnabas) Well, for example, if it says that Thaddeus Collins had a tooth extracted, it really means that he lost it in a fight. If it says that Pamela Collins went on a round the world cruise, it means that she got pregnant and had to be hidden away for awhile. If it says Barnabas Collins went away to England, it means something unspeakably horrible happened to him."
"(Julia) I remember reading once that Hubert Collins was arrested for murder."
"(Barnabas) Oh, well I have no idea what that could mean."

(Barnabas goes into the Drawing Room)
"(Barnabas) Julia, I found the book!"
"(Julia) What does it say?"
"(Barnabas) Well, I haven't had time to read it yet. Wait a minute. Here's the section on 1897."
"(Julia) What about 1897?"
"(Barnabas) You'll never believe this. When Kitty and I vanished into Josette's portrait, you'll never believe how they explained my disappearance! It seems I ran away and joined the circus!"

(before Barnabas can read further, a high wind whips up, and doors begin opening and closing by themselves)
"(Barnabas) Julia!"
"(Julia) I'm a little busy out here, Barnabas!"
"(Barnabas) But something very strange is going on in here."
"(Julia) If it's not stranger than the walls bleeding, I don't want to hear about it."

(Before Barnabas can check the book further, it is jerked out of his hand and crashes against the far wall)
"(Barnabas) I've heard that Dark Shadows merchandise is flying off the shelves, but this is ridiculous!"

"(Julia) Well, what did you find out?"
"(Barnabas) You're going to find this hard to believe, Julia..."
"(Julia) We'd better get out of here quickly, Barnabas. If the Sheriff catches us here, he'll throw the book at us."
"(Barnabas) Too late."

"(Julia) Barnabas, what are you talking about?"
"(Barnabas) I had the book but it just flew out of my hands. What were you saying about the walls bleeding?"
"(Julia) Fortunately, the house isn't hemophiliac. It seems to have stopped. But I thought I saw a ghost up on the landing?"
"(Barnabas) Well, there's nobody up there now."
"(Julia) Would you just go up and check for me? Please?"
"(Barnabas) If you insist."
(goes up to the upper landing)
"(Julia) Anything spooky up there?"
"(Barnabas) Well, I felt a cold chill just go down my spine."
"(Julia) From a ghost?"
"(Barnabas) Either that, or there's a leak in this roof."

"(Barnabas) Who did you think you saw up there, anyway?"
"(Julia) Either David or Tad, take your choice."
"(Barnabas) How did he look?"
"(Julia) The same as the last time we saw him. He looked mad."
"(Barnabas) I wonder why?"
"(Julia) Well, you know ghosts never change their clothes. David was probably annoyed he was going to have to go through eternity wearing a suit."

(Barnabas and Julia return to the Drawing Room)
"(Barnabas) We'd better stick together. This place is too dangerous to separate)
"(Julia) All right. Where's the book?"
"(Barnabas) Well, it must be around here somewhere."
"(Julia) You're the big expert on Collins history. Didn't you ever bother to read up on what the Collins family was like after your time?"
"(Barnabas) I didn't see the point. We change history so often around here I thought all the knowledge would become obsolete anyway."

(spooky incidental music)
"(Barnabas) Julia, do you smell that?"
"(Julia) What?"
"(Barnabas) That flowery scent again. What did you call it?"
"(Julia) Lilacs."
"(Barnabas) That's it. Daphne! Are you in this room? Appear to us if you can! Daphne! Please appear to us if you can!"
"(Julia) It's no use, Barnabas. If she was here, she's gone now."
"(Barnabas) How do you know?"
"(Julia) The incidental music just stopped."

"(Barnabas) Never mind that! There's the book! I see it!"
"(Julia) You do!? I mean good!"
(Barnabas leafs through it)
"(Barnabas) Oh no!"
"(Julia) Bad news?"
"(Barnabas) No news!
"(Julia) No news is supposed to be good news, isn't it?"
"(Barnabas) Not in this case. The entire section from 1800-1850 has been ripped out."
"(Julia) Are you sure it was there a moment ago?"
"(Barnabas) Absolutely... Oh, and look at this!"
"(Julia) What?"
"(Barnabas) Someone's drawn a mustache over Josette's portrait and written "Barnabas is a weinie" in the margin!"

"(Julia) Barnabas, what do you want to see Daphne for, anyway?"
"(Barnabas) To find out what happened in 1970, of course, and who the Evil Spirit haunting the house is."
"(Julia) Well, how can she tell you that? None of the ghosts we've seen so far have spoken at all."
"(Barnabas) Well, even if she doesn't, it's still Kate Jackson. That counts for something. And she could always write a note or something."
"(Julia) Barnabas. Maybe we could try to write to her."
"(Barnabas) Good idea, I'm passing by the Dead Letter Office later."

"(Julia) You know what I mean. Leave a note out for her."
"(Barnabas) The problem is that a note like that might be spotted by Quentin or the Evil Spirit first."
"(Julia) Well, what else can you do with the book destroyed?"
"(Barnabas) Perhaps this book is destroyed, but if we can make it back to 1970, there's another copy of the book in the Drawing Room back home."
"(Julia) Another copy? Isn't it the same copy?"
"(Barnabas) Well, technically yes."

"(Barnabas) But we know the book is undestroyed in 1970. For that matter, it's undestroyed a half hour ago."
"(Julia) Does this mean we're going to pack it in and try to go home?"
"(Barnabas) Not yet. You go back to the Old House. I want to see Carolyn again."
"(Julia) Why? Doesn't Quentin aggravate you enough?"
"(Barnabas) I've got to try to learn something from her, since I've come up against a brick wall with Quentin and Daphne."
"(Julia) A brick wall? I thought you said Daphne's motives were clear."
"(Barnabas) I didn't say that, I just said she was very transparent."

(At the Old Shack, Carolyn is going through her photo album)
"(Carolyn) This is Uncle Ted in front of the house."
(rips it up)
"(Carolyn) This is Uncle Ted at the back of the house."
(rips it up)
"(Carolyn) And this is Uncle Ted at the side of the house."
(rips it up)
"(Carolyn) This is Uncle Ted, back again at the front of the house, but you can see the side of the house."
(rips it up)
"(Carolyn) And this is Uncle Ted even nearer the side of the house, but you can still see the front."
(rips it up)
"(Carolyn) This is the back of the house, with Uncle Ted coming round the side to the front."
"(Carolyn) And this is the Spanish Inquisition hiding behind the coal shed."

"(Carolyn) I've… I've got to try to remember some of these others. I mustn't forget them. There... There, that's my mother. This is on my 16th birthday. And she gave me a party. And that... that's Uncle Roger, bailing me out after the party."

"(Carolyn) Let's see. And that... that's Quentin. My cousin Quentin! And who is this? I've got to think! I've got to remember I've seen that face before, who is it?"
"(Barnabas) It's you, Carolyn."
"(Carolyn) Um, actually no. It says "Charity Trask" beneath it."
"(Barnabas) Oh... Well, it's someone who looks like you, anyway!"

"(Carolyn) Mr. Collins! You have a nasty habit of surviving! How did you get in here??"
"(Barnabas) You don't lock your front door."
"(Carolyn) Don't you ever knock?"
"(Barnabas) I didn't think you'd answer."
"(Carolyn) Well, what if you'd walked in here and I'd been naked??"
"(Barnabas) On television? When does that ever happen?"

"(Carolyn) Why won't you leave me alone?"
"(Barnabas) Because you're my cousin. I want to help you, and I need your help."
"(Carolyn) I can't help anyone. Look at what I've come to. I've become a Crazi Cat Lady. And I don't even own a cat!"
"(Barnabas) Carolyn, who is Daphne?"
"(Carolyn) Wasn't she a minor character that you munched in House of Dark Shadows?"
"(Barnabas) Not that Daphne. This is a ghost that I saw tonight. I also saw the ghosts of David and a young blonde girl. You must tell me who they are."
"(Carolyn) I don't know. I don't even recognize some of my own pictures in this album."
"(Barnabas) Well, I'm having trouble with a few of these myself. Is this you with the Mohawk?"
"(Carolyn) Oh, that's from the 1980's. I don't even want to talk about that one!"

"(Barnabas) Carolyn. Who is this in this picture?"
"(Carolyn) Not sure."
"(Barnabas) It was taken some years ago. It's a girl. A young woman. A woman with courage and spirit. Do you know who it is?"
"(Carolyn) Eleanor Roosevelt?"
"(Barnabas) No, Carolyn. It's a woman who had courage and zeal and spirit. Who would do anything to help out the family that she loved because family meant more to her than anything."
"(Carolyn) What has this show become all of a sudden?
Leave it to Beaver
? Torture me if you must, but spare me the snow job!"

"(Barnabas) Well, I'll tell you who it is, Carolyn. It's you again."
"(Carolyn) Really? Me? With pride and pluck and zeal and all that?"
"(Barnabas) May we look at a few others?"
"(Carolyn) If you're going to talk that way about me, sure."
"(Barnabas) Now, this is an odd one. It seems to have been taken at a time when all color had been drained out of the world, and replaced with bland pastels and flared trousers. Probably Angelique's work."
"(Carolyn) Don't be silly, Barnabas. That's the late 1970's. Everybody dressed that way then."

"(Barnabas) Now Carolyn, do you remember this woman?"
"(Carolyn) My mother."
"(Barnabas) And this boy?"
"(Carolyn) David."
"(Barnabas) How about this man?"
"(Carolyn) Quentin! You know, it's starting to come back to me! But where... where is my cousin Barnabas? Why isn't he here to help me?"
"(Barnabas) Carolyn, I AM Barnabas. And I am here to help you. I want you to remember all you can about me."
"(Carolyn) Hmmm... Well, I do remember a time when you bit me on the neck and made me spy on the rest of the family *... And wasn't there a time I was strapped to a table in your basement laboratory **..."
"(Barnabas) Er, of course when I say I want you to remember everything, I don't mean for you to remember too much!"
* Episode 350.
** Episode 591.

"(Barnabas) Carolyn, Quentin is at the Old House. He told me about a woman named Daphne. He said that you might know who she was."
"(Carolyn) If I saw her picture, I might know."
"(Barnabas) I don't have a picture of her. But she was a Charlie's Angel, so you must have seen her."
"(Carolyn) You mean the trashy blonde in that swimsuit poster, where you could see her..."
"(Barnabas) No, no, not Farrah."
"(Carolyn) You mean Quentin looked at the other two?"

"(Carolyn) I want to help you. It's starting to come back to me."
"(Barnabas) Please try to remember, Carolyn. It would help us so much."
"(Carolyn) Carolyn? I thought I was Charity."
"(Barnabas) No, she's Charity. She just looks like you."
"(Carolyn) And you were?"
"(Barnabas) Skip it. Tackling the Evil Spirit must be better than this!"

(Barnabas leaves)
"(Carolyn) Hee hee! He said I had great spirit and courage. And that I cared for my family more than anything in the world!"
"(Carolyn) Boy, and they call ME crazi!"

(Back at the Old House)
"(Julia) You should have known that she'd tell you nothing! (laughs maniacally)"
"(Barnabas) Would you mind repeating that, Julia?"
"(Julia) You should have known that she'd tell you nothing, ha, ha, ha?"
"(Barnabas) I didn't imagine it! You sound almost happy about it!"
"(Julia) Don't be ridiculous. Of course I don't."
"(Barnabas) Then why are you laughing?"
"(Julia) Um.... Garfield was really funny today, that's it."

"(Barnabas) Don't give me that. You sound almost happy that we're failing miserably, and I want to know why!"
"(Julia) Barnabas, that's ridiculous. I'm not happy. I'm just... frustrated. The way we get thwarted at every turn and never learn our lesson is almost funny. At this point we know we're not going to find anything out by quizzing Carolyn or Quentin, or wandering around Collinwood. Why do we keep trying?"
"(Barnabas) Well, for your information, I think Carolyn is improving! I visited her just now, and showed her some pictures."
"(Carolyn) And she seemed to recognize some of them."
"(Barnabas) Not only that, she screamed at me about 33% less than she usually does."
"(Julia) Wonderful. At this rate, Carolyn should regain her marbles about two days after I lose mine."

"(Barnabas) All right, well never mind this. Where's the note?"
"(Julia) What note?"
"(Barnabas) Daphne's note. The one I handed to you at the beginning of the episode."
"(Julia) Oh, that one. I gave it back to you."
"(Barnabas) Yes, but you took it again when Quentin came downstairs."
"(Julia) Yes, but I put it down again when I took him upstairs."
"(Barnabas) Julia, are you trying to exasperate me today, or are we doing a comedy routine and we're one Stooge short??"

"(Julia) All right, maybe I did have it, but I don't have it now. Why do you need it, anyway?"
"(Barnabas) Well, er, I might want to show it to Stokes... Or Carolyn. Or somebody."
"(Julia) It only had three words on it, Barnabas. Don't you remember them?"
"(Julia) Well?"
"(Barnabas) Erm... She may die? She could die? She will Suffer..."

(Back at Collinwood, Daphne's Ghost is proofreading her note for spelling errors)
"(Ghost of Daphne) .o(Such penmanship)o.!"

(Gerard comes up behind her and gestures for the note) *
* If you're wondering how either one of them can hold a note when they're both non-corporeal beings, then all we can say is... Get a LIFE, will ya, people??

(Gerard rips up the note in disgust)
"(Gerard) .o(Try another stunt like that and I'll kill you... Wait a minute...)o...."

(At the Old House, Crazi Quentin and Crazi Carolyn are reunited)
"(Carolyn) I recognize you!"
"(Quentin) And I recognize you too!"
(both of them seem to be recovering)
"(Carolyn) Napoleon!"
"(Quentin) Josephine!"
(Or perhaps not)

"(Quentin) No, I'm Quentin!
"(Carolyn) And I'm Carolyn!"
"(Both) Of course! How silly of me!"
"(Quentin) What's happened to you? Didn't I use to look older than you?"
"(Carolyn) You haven't aged a day! What's your secret?"
"(Quentin) Drinking, carousing, and womanizing."
"(Carolyn) So, THAT'S what I did wrong: No womanizing."

"(Quentin) You've changed so much."
"(Carolyn) No. No, I haven't changed at all. That's what I've come to tell Barnabas. That I haven't changed. And I want to help him now. Where is he?"
"(Quentin) Well, he's out right now."
"(Carolyn) Oh. Then would you mind if I left my name and address?"
"(Quentin) That sounds great! The one you're wearing would do fine."
"(Carolyn) "Address", Quentin. Not a dress."

"(Carolyn) Here, let me just write him a note. Would you deliver it for me?"
"(Quentin) For you, Vicki? Anything."
"(Carolyn) I'm actually Carolyn, not Vicki. Vicki is before your time, Quentin."
"(Quentin) Oh, that's right. Why can't I remember? I used to have such a good memory, too. I used to know who you were as well as I know my own name."
"(Carolyn) Look, Quentin..."
"(Quentin) That's it! That's my own name!"

(Carolyn hands Quentin an envelope)
"(Carolyn) Shh! Everything's going to be all right, Quentin. I'm going to help. I really am. Help you, help Barnabas, help everybody."
"(Quentin) Help? How?"
"(Carolyn) Never mind. Just give this to Barnabas for me. Will you do that?"
"(Quentin) Not to leave the room... even if you come and get him."
"(Carolyn) Oh, quiet Quentin! You can't even misunderstand the right way!"

(Carolyn leaves)
"(Quentin) Hee hee! That was Carolyn! And I got to see her again! And I've got a secret letter she asked me to deliver... that I haven't even peeked at yet!! What am I? Crazi??"

(Quentin sneaks a peek at Carolyn's letter)
"(Carolyn) (Voiceover) Dear Barnabas. I remember everything, and am waiting to tell you all about it. Meet me tonight at Collinwood."
"(Quentin) Tell all that she remembers! Oh no! She mustn't!"
"(Carolyn) (Voiceover) I know now that I must do this."
"(Quentin) You mustn't!"
"(Carolyn) (Voiceover) Must!"
"(Quentin) Mustn't!!"

(Quentin goes to the fireplace to burn the note)
"(Barnabas) Quentin! What are you doing?"
"(Quentin) Just tossing some old rubbish in the fire."
"(Barnabas) What's that piece of paper?"
"(Quentin) Just a note. It doesn't say anything."
"(Barnabas) Quentin, if it didn't say anything, technically it wouldn't be a note!"

"(Barnabas) Is that note from Daphne?"
"(Quentin) No, from Carolyn."
"(Barnabas) Let me see it!"
(Barnabas takes it and reads it)
"(Barnabas) A note from Carolyn promising to explain everything! You were going to destroy this?? Why??"
"(Quentin) Because we're in the future!"
"(Barnabas) So?"
"(Quentin) I was afraid that if they did a flashback to the present to tell you what happened in your future which is our past, it would be much too confusing."
"(Barnabas) I didn't understand a word you just said."
"(Quentin) Then how do you know it didn't make sense??"

(Julia enters)
"(Julia) Well, I've looked everywhere for Daphne's note. It's nowhere to be found."
"(Barnabas) Never mind. This note will be far more valuable."
"(Julia) What is it?"
"(Barnabas) I'll tell you on the way to Collinwood. First I need you to help me prevent a murder."
"(Julia) Whose murder?"
"(Barnabas) Quentin's!"

(As Barnabas and Julia leave, Quentin huddles in a chair)
"(Quentin) Don't tell anyone! Please don't tell anyone! Please! That camera! Get that camera out of my face!"
(zoom out)

(Barnabas and Julia arrive at Collinwood)
"(Barnabas) Carolyn should be in there."
"(Julia) You go in, Barnabas, I'm afraid it may be a trap."
"(Barnabas) As you wish. You know, Julia. I'm still wondering what happened to my dear roxanne. How I miss her. She was my One True Love."
"(Julia) Well, you never know. There may be a Roxanne Drew in Normal Time too. Maybe you could look her up."
"(Barnabas) Are you kidding? In 1995, she'd be an old bag. No thanks."
"(Julia) (under her breath) So much for True Love..."

(Barnabas enters the Drawing Room and sees Carolyn writing a note)
"(Barnabas) Carolyn! I can't tell you how grateful I am for your helping us like this! If there's anything I can do for you... buy you a car... help rebuild the estate..."

(Carolyn keels over)
"(Barnabas) ...Find your killer. Just name it."

"(John Forsythe) Angels, I need you to go undercover in the mausoleum!"

Episode 1068:   Quentin tells Barnabas and Julia that the benevolent female spirit who appeared to them is named Daphne.
