The decisive game of the playoff for the 1972 US Championship held between Robert Byrne, Sammy Reshevsky and Lubosh Kavalek. In this game, Reshevsky positionally crushes Black until blundering in time pressure and allowing Black to turn the tables with a surprise Queen sacrifice.
