  • Kate Sillars was 14 years old during this tournament.

  • Katherine Sillars and Katherine Gasser are the same person.

  • Gresser won the Edith Lucie Weart Trophy for her performance. So, that one is still around. But the Herman Dittman Trophy seems to have disappeared into the same black hole that the Hazel Allen and Chess Review Trophies fell into.
