This tournament was dedicated the Lucille Kellner Memorial Tournament, after Kellner died in September, 1964. Defending champion Sonja Graf died in March 1965, but the tournament was already named by then. As a result, Gresser won both the Edith Weart Trophy and the new Lucille Kellner Memorial Trophy.
Zenaida Huber (1964, 1965) and Zenaida Wagner (1966, 1967) are the same person.
Katherine Sillars and Katherine Gasser are the same person.
