Conditions:
Best of 12 Games.  This was a Title Defense between Anand, winner of the 2007 Mexico City Championship 
Tournament, and Kramnik, the defending champion in that tournament.  In the event of a 6-6 tie, a 4 game series of G/25+10 Rapids Games was to be played.  If this series ended in a tie, 5 pairs of Blitz games were to be played at a 5/3 time control.  If this series ended in a tie, an Armageddon game was to be played, in which White had odds of 5 minutes to 4 (with no increment), but in which Black had draw odds.
